"Spare me the phoney outrage!"

9/10/08

I just heard a five-minute political rally speech by Senator Barack Obama and I have decided the man has too much time on his hands if he has five minutes to orate on not one single policy point.

And then on the subject of the campaign promising "change" ... not Obama's own campaign, of course - but John McCain's campaign - Obama finished with this,

"Spare me the phoney outrage."

And to think the pre-election rhetoric is just warming up. Sadly, the man is a gifted orator, and if people don't smarten up we could end up a Socialist America, much like they have in Europe and Canada.

But I'm only an ignorant conservative who has a lot of nerve disagreeing with Democrat or liberal positions.

Spare me the phoney outrage... ...from those same detractors who call President George W. Bush a moron.

It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. God forgive me but I feel like I'm looking down the barrel of this Democratic gun that could very well go off November 4.
